Berlin (dpa) - German Chancellor Friedrich Merz sees a "historic opportunity" for Armenia to move closer to the European Union. Speaking after a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Berlin on Tuesday, Merz said that the path to Europe was open, referring to the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
