MOSCOW, December 9 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's public debt grew by 10.1% to 31.98 trillion rubles ($418 billion) in the first three quarters of 2025, an operational report by the Russian Accounts Chamber showed on Tuesday. "Russia's national debt increased by 2.9 trillion rubles (10.1%) in the first nine months of 2025, totaling 31.98 trillion rubles as of October 1," the document read.
