MOSCOW, December 9 (RIA Novosti) - UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer discussed with French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and Volodymyr Zelenskyy the "progress" made on the use of frozen Russian assets to provide aid to Ukraine, the UK prime minister's office said.
