HANOI, Dec. 7 (Xinhua) -- Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh issued an official dispatch urging faster disbursement of public investment before year-end, the Vietnam News Agency reported Sunday. The document underscored the government's push to sustain economic momentum, maintain macroeconomic stability, and create jobs.
