ULAN BATOR, Dec. 2 (Xinhua) -- Overnight temperatures plummeted to minus 43 degrees Celsius in Tosontsengel soum, an administrative subdivision of the western Mongolian province of Zavkhan, from Monday to Tuesday, according to the country's weather monitoring agency.
