U.S. defense secretary announces military operation in Western Hemisphere

WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has announced a counternarcotics military operation called "Southern Spear" in the Western Hemisphere.
