MOSCOW, November 14 (RIA Novosti) - South Korean President Lee Jae Myung will meet with heads of the country's conglomerates this weekend to discuss follow-up steps after the release of Seoul and Washington's joint document on trade, the Yonhap news agency reported on Friday, citing the presidency. Earlier in the day, South Korea and the US signed a memorandum of understanding under which Seoul committed to invest $350 billion in the US economy.......
