MOSCOW, November 14 (RIA Novosti) - Swedish defense company Saab is in talks with Ottawa and Canadian aircraft manufacturer Bombardier to produce Gripen fighter jets under license in Canada, Saab CEO Micael Johansson said. "If Canada wants to create sovereign capabilities, not only buying planes, we are prepared to do that tech transfer for Canada," Johansson told The Globe and Mail newspaper on Thursday.
