KUALA LUMPUR, November 14 (RIA Novosti) - Stock markets across Asia gave up their early gains and fell by mid-morning Friday after being spooked by the overnight slump on Wall Street, triggered by concerns about the US economic recovery following the country's longest-ever government shutdown.
