Russia's Rostec Connects 1st Foreign Airline to Domestic ACARS Data Transmission System

MOSCOW, November 12 (RIA Novosti) - Russian state industrial corporation Rostec announced on Wednesday that it had connected Belarusian flag carrier Belavia to Russia's Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS), making it the first foreign airline to join the domestic system.
