Pakistan's southern Sindh reports 3 new dengue deaths as cases surge

ISLAMABAD, Nov. 2 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan's southern Sindh province has reported three more deaths from dengue fever in the past 24 hours, raising the total number of fatalities this year to six, according to the provincial health department. Two of the latest victims, a 30-year-old woman from Malir and a 65-year-old man from Karachi's West district, died at the Sindh Infectious Diseases Hospital, while an 18-year-old girl from Hyderabad district......
