Military clerk who defrauded UK defence ministry is jailed

London (PA Media/dpa) - A military clerk who stole nearly £1 million from the British Ministry of Defence by submitting fraudulent expenses claims has been jailed. The former corporal was sentenced at Southwark Crown Court on Tuesday to three years and four months for fraud and money laundering.
