COVID-19: Namibia records 105 new cases, eight deaths

WINDHOEK, 16 MAY (NAMPA) - Minister of Health and Social Services, Dr Kalumbi Shangula on Sunday announced that Namibia recorded 105 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 51 218.
The cases had a gender distribution of 43 males and 62 females between the ages of 23 days and 89 years.
Shangula in the daily COVID-19 update said the country also recorded eight deaths from the districts of Windhoek, Mariental and Swakopmund, bringing the total number of deaths to 718. Of the eight d ...
