Swapo and LPM win two seats each in Aroab council

AROAB, 27 FEB (NAMPA) – The Swapo Party and Landless People’s Movement (LPM) won two seats each while Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) won one seat in the Aroab Village Council, following the re-run elections that took place on Friday.
LPM got 293 votes out of the 687 votes cast while Swapo got 236 votes, PDM and Namibian Economic Freedom Fighters got 132 and 26 votes respectively.
