Three arrested for wildlife crimes

WINDHOEK, 12 DEC (NAMPA) – Three people were arrested for their alleged involvement in wildlife crimes between 02 and 08 December 2019.
The Ministry of Environment and Tourism in its latest wildlife crime statistics report issued on Wednesday, said two new cases were also registered during the period under review.
One suspect was apprehended in connection with elephant poaching or trafficking, while another two were arrested after being found with two live pangolins in their possession.
