WINDHOEK, 07 DEC (NAMPA) - The Southern African Development Community (SADC) region faces common challenges and opportunities when it comes to climate change, Namibia’s Minister of Environment and Tourism, Pohamba Shifeta, said on Friday.
He was speaking at the 25th United Nations Climate Change Conference, or COP 25, which is taking place in Madrid, Spain from 02 until 13 December 2019.
