Human-wildlife conflict not government responsibility alone: Mbumba

WINDHOEK, 10 MAY (NAMPA) – Vice President Nangolo Mbumba said human-wildlife conflict (HWC) should not be the responsibility of the government and the line ministry alone but that of everyone.
