Farmworkers arrested for murder of alleged poacher denied bail

OTJIWARONGO, 23 SEP (NAMPA) – Four farmworkers arrested on Tuesday in connection with the death of a suspected poacher on Farm Doorling Laagte in the Otjiwarongo District, were on Wednesday denied bail and remanded in custody.
Likius Jackson, 30; Tjakaranai Tjambiru, 24; Jacob Angula, 31; and 54-year-old Joseph Ipuleni Sheya appeared before Otjiwarongo Magistrate Karel Muyeghu on charges of murder and attempted murder.
