1 (OTJIWARONGO, 22 SEP, NAMPA) – The Otjiwarongo Municipality today swore in its newly appointed local authority councillor replacing councillor Lee-Anne Liebenberg, who died of COVID-19 related complications in July this year.

The 32-year-old Fearika Elizabeth Botha was sworn into her new position by Otjiwarongo Magistrate, Karel Muyeghu.
