Ohangwena Region independent candidates optimistic about elections

OHANGWENA, 24 NOV (NAMPA) – Three independent candidates from Ohangwena Region are optimistic about their chances in the Regional Council and Local Authority elections slated for Wednesday.
The independent candidates are Vilho Shimuoshili and Rehabeam Nghinyengwile, both contesting for councillor position for Ohangwena Constituency, and Nakale Paulus competing for Engela Constituency.
