High Court dismisses LSN application against Namandje

WINDHOEK, 14 AUG (NAMPA) - An urgent application by the Law Society of Namibia (LSN) seeking a court order directing Windhoek-based prominent defence lawyer Sisa Namandje to open up his financial records for the LSN’s ongoing investigations, was dismissed in the High Court here on Friday.
The failed application was dismissed in a judgement handed down by High Court Judge Herman Oosthuizen at the conclusion of the legal tussle between the law society and lawyer Namandje.
