Commander Zulu Nandenga gets veterans’ house

OSHAKATI, 10 JUL (NAMPA) – Vice President Nangolo Mbumba officially handed over a government-sponsored house to one of stalwarts of the National Liberation Struggle, Colonel (Rtd) Fillipus Amutenya Nandenga, at Oshakati on Friday.
Nandenga, aka Commander Zulu, joined the liberation struggle in 1963. The three-bedroom house he received is located in Oshakati East’s Tamboti Street and was constructed by private contractors MMM Investment at a cost of N.dollars 790 000.
