Esau and Hatuikulipi’s bail application ruling postponed

WINDHOEK, 10 JUL (NAMPA) – The joint bail application of former fisheries minister Bernhardt Esau and his son-in-law Tamson Hatuikulipi has been postponed to 21 and 22 July 2020 for submissions and delivery of the ruling.
Their bail application started on Monday in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court. The accused are asking the court to release them on bail as they say their arrest in November 2019 has negatively impacted themselves, their families and businesses.
