Namibia on verge of achieving total HIV/AIDS epidemic control: Geingob

MARIENTAL, 04 JUN (NAMPA) - Namibia is on the verge of achieving total HIV/AIDS epidemic control in line with the triple 90 goals, as the country’s response currently stands at 94:96:95, President Hage Geingob has said.
This means 94 per cent of people who are HIV positive know their status; 96 per cent are on Anti-Retroviral Treatment (ART) and 95 per cent are virally suppressed.
