WINDHOEK, 11 SEP (NAMPA) – A 19-year-old woman accused of killing her boyfriend in the Okuryangava residential area in Windhoek on Friday, was on Monday denied bail by the Katutura Magistrate’s Court.
Hannely Karukua appeared before Magistrate Johannes Shuuveni for allegedly stabbing Thomas Alweendo Nicolas, 25, with a knife.
Idda Hertha Itembu, who represented the state, objected to bail due to the serious nature of the offence and the fact that investigations are still at an infant stage.
