Man who died in accident near Otavi identified

OTJIWARONGO, 20 JUL (NAMPA) - The 41-year-old man who died in an accident on the Outjo-Otavi gravel road on Thursday, has been identified as Smit De Wet Louw.
He was identified by relatives.
The head-on collision that claimed his life occurred around 12h40, three kilometres south of Otavi.
The spokesperson of the Namibian Police Force in the Otjozondjupa Region, Warrant Officer Maureen Mbeha told Nampa Louw’s sedan and a pick-up were involved in the accident.
Louw was headed to Otavi.
