Toddler drowns at Okaliveva village

OSHAKATI, 20 MAR (NAMPA) - A two-year-old boy drowned on Sunday after he fell into a bucket of water at the Okaliveva village in the Oshikoto Region.
A daily crime report issued by the region's Crime Investigations Coordinator, Deputy Commissioner Naomi Katjiua on Monday states that the incident occurred at around 18h30.
He has been identified as Matias Edson Kondjeni.
The deceased was said to be unattended at home when the incident happened.
His next of kin have been informed.
