GROOTFONTEIN, 27 OCT (NAMPA) - Some residents of Grootfontein in the Otjozondjupa Region, owe the municipality nearly N.dollars 68 million in outstanding water bills and monthly rates and taxes.
Grootfontein Public Relations’ Officer, Lukas Salomo on Thursday told Nampa the debt includes unpaid bills for municipal services rendered before Independence in 1990.
