Woman detained for smuggling phones into WHK prison

WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – A 26-year-old woman was caught while trying to smuggle seven mobile phones into the Windhoek Correctional Facility on Thursday.
She was allegedly trying to get the phones to murder suspect, Ricardo Hoaeb, in that facility.
The phones were stashed inside a suitcase full of food meant for the inmate.
These phones were found when prison wardens inspected the suitcase.
