WINDHOEK, 13 OCT (NAMPA) – With only a few days left for the registration of candidates for the upcoming Regional Council and Local Authority Elections, the DTA of Namibia has nominated candidates for the Ruacana, Oshikuku and Outapi constituencies in the Omusati Region.
