WINDHOEK, 30 JAN (NAMPA) - A Windhoek man will spend his weekend in the Namibian Police Force (NamPol) holding cells after 'being frowned upon by lady luck in a theft attempt'.
The suspect unknowingly laid a trap for himself when he used a mobile phone he had allegedly stolen out of a woman's handbag to contact the woman's daughter.
