WINDHOEK, 28 NOV (NAMPA) – Some political party agents delayed the start of the voting process at the Namibia Women’s Centre polling station in Okuryangava, Tobias Hainyeko Constituency.
The process was supposed to commence at 07h00, but only kicked off at 09h00 because party agents arrived at the polling station late.
A malfunctioning electronic voting machine (EVM) also postponed the process for a few minutes when it failed to read a memory card used to store voting information.
