OPUWO, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – Control Inspector for Kunene Region in the Ministry of Works and Transport, Josua Rukoro made his first appearance in the Opuwo Magistrate’s Court Tuesday on two charges of rape, corruption and committing an immoral act.
The 53-year-old senior government official, who is the lead person representing his ministry’s works department in the Kunene Region, was arrested on Monday at Opuwo for the alleged crimes.
