GROOTFONTEIN, 01 AUG (NAMPA) – President Hifikepunye Pohamba on Thursday said he is happy to see the National Youth Service (NYS) instilling discipline into its trainees.
His speech was read on his behalf by the Minister of Education, Dr David Namwandi at a graduation ceremony held at the NYS Rietfontein training centre.
Over 300 students received certificates in fields such as hospitality and tourism, hairdressing, auto-mechanics, joinery, pipefitting and plumbing.
