WINDHOEK, 24 APR (NAMPA) - Former Rally for Democracy and Progress (RDP) Central Committee member Hafeni Nghinamwaami has officially rejoined the ruling Swapo-Party after having resigned from the RDP in early 2013.
He rejoined the ruling party with seven other RDP members on Thursday.
This is the second time in seven years that Nghinamwaami - who was a former City of Windhoek official as well - had resigned from a political party.
