Man chops off girlfriend's head

WINDHOEK, 06 OCT (NAMPA) – A 22-year-old woman died at Farm Dabis in the Omaheke Region on Thursday after her head was chopped off with an axe allegedly by her boyfriend.
In a crime report issued Friday, Namibian Police Force (NamPol) spokesperson, Chief Inspector Kauna Shikwambi said the incident occurred at about 09h00.
The victim, whose next of kin were informed, was identified as Martha Afrikaner. She died on the spot.
