WINDHOEK, 13 SEP (NAMPA) – Residents of Opuwo have appealed to the Opuwo Town Council to look into noise pollution from bars in residential areas.
They want bar owners to install soundproof walls that would prevent noise from jukeboxes and loud patrons disturbing those living nearby.
