Soldier suspected of drowning his child still without lawyer
Written by Simon Endjala on 18 August 2017.WINDHOEK, 18 AUG (NAMPA) - A soldier arrested in February on suspicion of killing his daughter by drowning her in Windhoek’s Goreangab Dam, still has no legal representation.
Gabriel Tulinane David, employed by the Namibia Defence Force and based at Suiderhof Military Base in Windhoek, was arrested on 24 February 2017 in connection with the mysterious circumstances under which Cornelia Indileni David died while in his care.
