WINDHOEK, 24 JUN (NAMPA) – The late Herman Andimba Toivo ya Toivo on Saturday joined other fallen heroes at the Heroes’ Acre outside Windhoek.
Ya Toivo was buried on the third tier and next to Namibia’s first Minister of Defence, Peter Mweshihange during an official State funeral.
President Hage Geingob and dignitaries of other heads of state from neighbouring and countries of friendship, delivered their messages to a wailing crowd.
