RUNDU, 13 OCT (NAMPA) – An Angolan man was arrested here on Friday for possession of two elephant tusks at Mashare in the Kavango East Region.
The Namibian Police Force (NamPol)’s Acting Regional Crime Investigations’ Coordinator for Kavango East, Detective Chief Inspector Chrispin Mubebo told Nampa on Monday that it could not be established where the poaching of the elephant tusks could have taken place.
