WINDHOEK, 01 AUG (NAMPA) - Namibia is in line for either a gold or silver medal in boxing at the Commonwealth Games underway in Glasgow, Scotland.
Boxer Junius Jonas will fight in the final of the light welterweight category against Josh Taylor of Scotland at 16h45 local time on Saturday.
The Namibian beat Sean Duffy from Northern Ireland in the semi-finals on Friday.
Also in action on Saturday is Paralympic powerlifter Ruben Soroseb in the men’s heavyweight category.
