Alleged killer’s formal bail hearing sees delay

KEETMANSHOOP, 09 OCT (NAMPA) – The unavailability of a magistrate and prosecutor on Wednesday caused a delay to the start of a formal bail hearing of 34-year-old Angula Immanuel Shaningilwe, who is accused of stabbing another man to death here in February this year.
Shaningilwe stands accused of stabbing 45-year-old Joseph Johannes in the neck at a cucashop in the Extension 7 informal settlement on 13 February.
