SWAKOPMUND, 27 SEP (NAMPA) – President Hage Geingob has expressed his condolences to the people of France and the family of former French President Jacques René Chirac, who died on Thursday.
In a post on his personal Facebook page Thursday evening, he acknowledged Chirac’s role in Africa's development.
