NCS launches telephone system for offenders

WINDHOEK, 21 AUG (NAMPA) – The Namibian Correctional Services (NCS) on Wednesday launched a Telio Telephone system for offenders at its Windhoek facility, which will allow inmates to make phone calls to their families and friends when they need to.
The launch was presided over by Deputy Minister of Safety and Security, Daniel Kashikola.
