Office bearers must be trusted by community members: Geingob

GOBABIS, 11 JUL (NAMPA) – There is a need for government office bearers to be transparent and accountable to community members so that they can trust the government.
This was said by President Hage Geingob while addressing a packed school hall at Gobabis on Thursday.
“In Africa and in the world today, politicians are not trusted and if they are not transparent and honest, they are stealing and are corrupt and therefore are not trusted,” Geingob explained.
