1 (ONDANGWA, 16 JUN, NAMPA) – Swapo candidate Leonard Negonga was declared the new Ondangwa Urban Constituency councillor after winning with 1 936 votes the by-election held yesterday.
The Electoral Commission of Namibia’s coordinator for the by-election, Rauna Nkandi, made the announcement when the counting of the votes was finalised this morning.
