NIMT double murder suspect's bail hearing postponed

SWAKOPMUND, 15 JUN (NAMPA) - The bail hearing of double murder suspect Ernst Lichtenstrasser was on Friday postponed to 07 July 2019.
The bail hearing of Lichtenstrasser, who is suspected of shooting Namibia Institute of Mining and Technology (NIMT) director Eckhart Mueller and his deputy Heimo Hellwig in front of the NIMT campus office block in Arandis on 15 April, started in the Swakopmund Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.
Next month’s hearing is set to run over two days.
