Cabinet approves implementation of SADC Declaration on Western Sahara

WINDHOEK, 16 MAY (NAMPA) – Cabinet has approved Namibia’s implementation of the recommendations that emanated from the declaration of the Southern African Development Community Solidarity Conference with Western Sahara held in March this year.
The conference, held on 25 March 2019 in Pretoria, South Africa called for unity to ensure the right to freedom and self-determination of the people of Western Sahara.
