UNAM Wolves win Independence Cup

WINDHOEK, 24 MAR (NAMPA) – University of Namibia Wolves won the Khomas Basketball Federation (KBF) Independence Cup for the second successive season by defeating UNAM Rebels 80-72 at the university’s Gymnasium Hall on Thursday.
In a high tempo match, Wolves prevailed over their rivals by using their fitness and agility to win the trophy and medals in a hotly contested match watched by a sizable crowd.
