1 (WALVIS BAY, 16 FEB, NAMPA) – Various Namibian leaders paid tribute to late Topnaar Chief, Seth Kooitjie, during a memorial service held in his memory at the Shalom Evangelical Lutheran Church in Walvis Bay on Thursday.
